I miss him when he sleeps. He lays right next to me but I just want to wake him and talk to him. Or even not talk. Silence is fine. As long as he's awake with me too. He's asleep as I'm typing this. He's just rolled over and is hugging me in his sleep. I love it. It's such a nice feeling.
He makes me smile. I keep a picture of him on my desk and just looking at it brings a smile to my face.
We never argue. You won't believe that. But we don't. We never have. We communicate, we don't have reason to argue. We get along so well.
He's my best friend. His opinion means so much and I value it on everything. I would do anything for him. I love to see him smile. I love it when he's happy. It breaks my heart to see him sad. I don't think he will ever truly know how much I love him. If there was ever a
reason why we couldn't be together anymore, I would still be so happy for the time we've had already. Nobody could live up to him. Nobody could erase him from my memory.
I love the way he smells. His aftershave is like an aphrodisiac to me. It makes me weak. If he was to look into my eyes and kiss me, my legs would buckle.
I onced sprayed his aftershave on my scarf so that I could smell him all day like he was with me every second.
I love him. I think I've said that already but I'll say it again and
again, every day of my life. I love him. I love him.
I wanna be with him always. I want to have his babies. I wanna wake up with him for the rest of my life. I'm not sure he realises this. I'm so crazy head over hills madly in love with him. He knows who he is.
All of this is true. And more.
Liam, will you marry me? x

.....Of an Allotmenteer
So,
I've had my allotment for roughly a month now. And I love it!
I try and get down there as much as I can. I've had this week off work but its been raining most of the week so not had much chance of getting things done.
I've done a big scale drawing and planned out all my crops and spaces. It's all colour coded with crop rotation and things like my pond and shed etc marked out clearly, all coloured in and looking pretty.
Theres still quite a bit of digging and weeding to do before I can get anything planted. I'm hoping it wont rain on sunday and then I can be down there all day. My friend has a plot a couple over from mine as well so she takes her daughter, Daisy, down there where she plays with the wormies! Shes so cute bless her.
I cant wait till the summer. We're gunna have chairs down there and an incinerator for burning off all our big weeds and wood and stuff so we can sit with a flask of tea and some marshmallows. Good Times!

.....Of a New Years Resolution
Every year I make a new years resolution. And every year I break it. This year I wanted to do something different. Yes I would love to lose weight, I would love to stop biting my nails, I would love to... Well, I would love to do so many of the silly resolutions that we're all guilty of making and breaking.
So this year, I decided to do something that will still be challenging to stick to, but something I will enjoy doing, that I can learn from, and also something that other people can enjoy too.
So this year.... I will take one picture every day of the year. This will be called 'Project 365'.
I want to be a professional photographer with a job on the side, not be a photographer on the side of another job. To do this, I need to learn more and to learn more, I need to shoot more. So the aim is to take at least one photograph everyday, share these pictures with the world and hopefully get feed back, criticism and comments that I can use to make the pictures better.
I have a 'Gothic Fairy' Photo shoot booked in March and the best picture from that shoot will be the picture for that day. I also have a couple of people that are willing to let me use their kids in modelling shoots for my new website, which Liam is currently putting together as we speak.
For the days that I don't have a specific shoot planned, my 365 image could be anything, from something that I have done that day or that is relevant for that day, it could just be a random image of something that just happens to be lying around, a self portrait perhaps, or maybe something that someone challenges me to shoot. I'm open to anything!
I am aiming to take most of these pictures on my DSLRs but I imagine there will be days when this isn't possible so there will be some that would be taken on my point and shoot or on my phone.
Well anyway, so far we are 31 days in out of 365 and I've not missed a day yet....
One of my pictures (The Macro Flower above ☝) has already made it in to a frame on my friends wall. I take this as a massive compliment. I hope she enjoys it and tells all her friends where she she got it...
At the end of the year I'm going to get them printed into a photo book and some of my favourites will be printed to hang on my wall or maybe given as gifts....
Who knows... You might even get one!
So with one month down and 11 to go.... Watch this space! xXx

.....On a daily basis.
Throughout 2010 I will aim to take a picture of some sort for everyday of the year.
It will be something that sums up that day or something I've seen or just a picture I happen to have taken in a shoot that day.
They will be taken on any of my cameras including (but not limited to) my 3 DSLRs, my phone or my P&S.
I will be sharing them on my Flickr account for the world to see. - You can see them here http://www.flickr.com/photos/greenfreek/sets/72157622991876451/
I hope you enjoy following my 2010/365

.....Of a lazy arse!
Today I have been mostly sitting.
Sitting and reclining to be exact. I should be doing some washing, I should be tidying up, I should be sorting out my website and getting images prepared etc etc. I should perhaps have even had a wash by now.
But no, I'm just sitting, with my laptop, reclining, drinking scrummy Twinings coffee, eating yummy biccies and occasionally glancing out of the window to chuckle at the chickens' antics.
I really should get off my arse at some point.......
Nah... Maybe later!

.....Of A Party Planner
My bestest buddy in the whole world is pregnant. While I'm insanely jealous that its her and not me, I'm over the moon for her and cant wait to see her again next weekend so I can gush lovingly over her bump and help her pick out stuff for the new arrival. I've bought a wicker basket which I'm slowly filling with stuff that I'm getting for the little one. I've lined it with pink tissue paper and I've bought her some bibs, burp cloths, little outfits, baby lotions and bath stuff, and things and I've applied for lots of free samples of things so I'm building up stuff like that to go in it too. It looks pretty so I hope she likes it.
We've been best friends since we were 4 and had just started school. We constantly have the same thoughts, love all the same music and stuff and in all honesty I thought we'd have babies at around the same time. Especially as our birthdays are only 3 days apart.
But anyway, I'm planning a baby shower for her, for when she comes back to Peterborough and I cant wait!! The guest list isn't too huge. Just me, her, her sister and her mum and a few of the girls we went to school with. But its going to be so much fun.... So far I've got a few decorations, ribbons and balloons and things. For the games we've got baby shower bingo, which works pretty much the same as regular bingo. We've then got 'Guess the Mess' which is where we have a few nappies with different things squished into them, such as chocolate spread, brown sauce, marmite, etc, and the aim is to, well, 'Guess the Mess'. There will also be other games such as 'baby name race' and 'bottle race' and other relatively simple games. There will be goody bags aswell filled with sweets, dummies, balloons and bubbles and prizes for the winners.
I've had so much fun planning it all. I really hope it all goes down well. I miss Chelle heaps and heaps so I hope she has fun. I hope everyone that comes has fun.

.....Of a geek in training.
I'm being turned more and more into a geek everyday.
Somebody made an inaccurate statement yesterday on the gadget show about a piece of geek kit that I got Liam for Christmas and I had this urge to correct him! What's that about? Why should I even care??
Its bad tho... I even do the low wind resistant hi5's (You know the ones, where you keep your hand horizontal until you clap the other persons hand) (Don't pretend you don't know...!!)
My iphone has the new update on it that isn't due out until the summer. I love it. I love having new technology before other people. I was the first person in my whole school to have a Tamagotchi (remember those cute little keyring pets..?)
Liam registered as a developer so he can now build the apps to go into the app store. Well, I say that but he's still learning that part. Bless him. So long as he doesn't give up on this project like most things he starts, he could make some really good money from it... Heres hoping!
The guy that made the 'fart button' app makes £9000 a day from downloads! How mad is that?
If Liam gets really good at developing apps, I could even do the marketing side of stuff for him, write descriptions to go on the info page to make people want them, come up with names etc. I've come up with a few ideas for some apps that he could do too so ya never know...!
Oh to be rich and have all the gadgets in the world............. (Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh)
